The service
NeevOs provides schools with software to run their operations. A school signs up and creates accounts for its staff, parents and students. By using an account your school created, you agree to these terms and to your school’s own rules for the use of its systems.
Accounts
- Keep your password to yourself. What is done with your login is treated as done by you.
- Use the app only for your school’s purposes, and only for the children and records your role gives you access to.
- You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time; your school decides the request, as described in the privacy policy.
Content
Homework, notes, photos and messages you upload stay yours. You give the school and NeevOs the right to store and show them to the people your school allows. Do not upload anything you have no right to share, or anything unlawful.
Money
Fee amounts, receipts and balances shown in NeevOs are the school’s records. NeevOs does not collect payments itself; any UPI details shown are the school’s.
Availability and liability
NeevOs is provided as-is while it is under active development. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it and are not liable for losses arising from its use beyond what the law requires. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Changes
These terms may change; the date above will move when they do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
